Oh man where to start? Have you seen all the options this pattern has? It has six options just in the neckline alone! (V-neck, V-neck with a hood, scoop, funnel, boat, and asymmetrical collar) Its one of those patterns where you can have a closet full and no two will look alike. I did the funnel neck with welt pockets in my tester version. I used a brushed sweater knit from So Sew English for mine, and combine my fabric choice with the funnel neck and it makes it a dressier type sweater. But with a v-neck, or a hood, or short sleeves or elbow patches you can turn this into absolutely anything.
This hi-low hem side vents have me wanting to add them to every shirt I make from here on out. And I love welt pockets. I love that you can make them in a contrasting fabric for a fun bold look, like faux leather, or the same fabric for a classic understated look. I also love that you could add them to the v-neck option and you basically have the perfect tee - a v-neck tee WITH pockets! Or leave out the pockets completely. Seriously, have I mentioned all the options that come with this?
This pattern works for any mid weight knit like cotton lycra, brushed poly, ponte, sweater knit, etc. Your fabric choice and amount of stretch and drape totally change the look. Which is great if you want something for work, or to throw on with your favorite leggings. Also another bonus - you can use this pattern year round with the multiple sleeve options!
Its on sale now here, no coupon needed, so be sure and grab it and start creating some wardrobe staples! and be sure to check out the other blog posts on it and the Facebook group so you can see all the beautiful versions!
