just call me Chef T



Yesterday, the Mister and I celebrated 15 months of married bliss. 
(ya, we're so cool that we even celebrate months over here). 
We've been on a no meat kick this year but he wanted chinese sooo bad....So I obviously did what any fabulous doting wife would do. I headed to the store to find the the most "organic" (I don't really believe it when it says it is though...) chicken I could find. Found a recipe for General Tso's. Tried it. And BAM! This stuff is restaurant worthy, seriously.

 I am amazing. That's all.

  1. So excited to try it. Dad too. I am also tryign your focaccia recipe for conference weekend. I have a butternut squash sauce for pasta you should try! Delish! Looks like baby food but is so yummy with red peppers and all. Yum.
