Today I am celebrating the day of my father's birth.
His mother is not on earth to thank for struggling to bring my dad to this planet
(for she did struggle mightily with the birth of my dad)
but I thanked her in my prayers.
He's funny and hard working
and loves chinese food like I do
and supportive and ingenuitive
(is that a word, the red squiggles are telling me no)
and snorts when he gets laughing real hard.
