Tasty Tuesday: Honey Wheat Protein Pancakes

Want the best breakfast ever but you hate cooking, you want it fast, & are not willing to sacrifice taste?

Mister found this recipe and we've had it three days in a row already. They are the consistency of a crepe, but a little thicker, and are blow your mind good. I have never been a pancake person, but these won me over.

Honey Wheat Protein Pancakes
- 6 oz  (3/4 c) plain yogurt plus a little bit of honey
(or you can use Chobani 0% Honey Greek Yogurt)
- 2 egg whites 
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
In a mixing bowl, mix the whole-wheat flour and baking soda. Then add the yogurt and egg whites. Stir until a thick batter is formed. Lightly coat a pan with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour the batter into 4in circles. Flip the pancakes once they start to bubble. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
